2016 Georgianus

This wine has a complex nose which foreshadows the rich, dark fruit on the palate, albeit with a light body. A blend of 5 different red varieties – primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Merlot (91%) – the red grapes contribute dark red berry, black cherry and plum flavours. The 6% chardonnay contributes a delightful lifted fruit flavour. Drink now, or age for 3-4 years.
