Our 4th vintage of this hero variety of southern NSW, it is a celebration of classic varietal characteristics, leading with an attractive floral aroma; the palate is green apple, lemon and lime, and nashi pear with a long crisp finish. Serve with sashimi, spiced foods, curries, fish tacos, Gruyere and ham, or hard cheeses. Drink now or cellar well up to 10 years.
