Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in Australia

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Orders will be dispatched following business day from receipt. Standard shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days during the regular season. In peak periods, shipping times maybe longer. 

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our winery. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.


Returns & Refunds


We are very confident in the quality of our wines. If for any reason you feel the quality of the wines is not up to standard, we ask that you follow these steps to enable us to process a refund for you:

  1. Notify us within 30 days of your delivery that you will like a refund.
  2. We will supply you with a return shipping label and arrange pick up of the stock from your address.
  3. Upon inspection of the goods returned, we will issue a refund to the account or card on which the original purchase was made.

If your parcel was delivered to you damaged or in poor condition please email us a photo of the wine and we will arrange replacements.
