Lime and chilli and coriander aioli on a rocket and mixed leaf

RED CURRY MUSHROOM TOFU — (Veg, V, GF)

Silken tofu in a Thai coconut curry with shitake mushroom.

LAMB SALAD —  (GF)

Smoky lamb fillet ,Persian fetta and beetroot spread with rocket with a black garlic vinaigrette

 

MAINS

JAPANESE SALMON— (GF)

Oven-baked salmon with soy, mirin and sake on Asian greens ,steamed rice with house made pickled ginger

CHARSUI PORK BELLY — (GF)

Slow-braised Chinese BBQ pork belly with fragrant rice, seasonal greens

PORCINI AND CHORIZO SPAGHETTI — (veg option)

Creamy white wine & garlic sauce, fresh herbs, porcini mushroom and chorizo

Vanilla bean pannacotta with fresh berry compote and maple glaze
