Lerida Estate wines are made in small quantities and not always easy to find, but are increasingly sought after by those who are prepared to make the effort to seek out unique and rewarding taste experiences.
No after burn at all. Just smooth all the way, great on a cold night. Has to be one of my favourite Shiraz wines.
Extremely good food, fruity zesty Chardonnay and cherry Shiraz from Canberra district! Worth trying. Do have a wine tasting and lunch - must do during weekend getaway in act
We bought a case of the 2022 Shiraz. Everyone is thoroughly enjoying it.
Had lunch today, food and wines were great. Only they delivered our share plate with the mains, but we made it work. Be specific when ordering.
We had glasses of the Chardonnay, pinot, rose and field blend (pinot/Shiraz) and the botrytis - all went really well with the food. Compliments on the bread and butter pudding mashed with croissant as well as the risotto and baked Camembert. Delicious!
Came past on the way to Sydney for a light lunch and quick wine tasting. Service was wonderful. The young girl serving us, Erica i think her name is was amazing- super friendly. Cellar door staff were welcoming and friendly too. The wines- the Syrah in particular were great. Will be back.
Did we enjoy the wine? You bet Shiraz we did! Wonderful and friendly staff. Went above and beyond in their service and hospitality. Great food. Great laughs. Felt like visiting old friends.
Dropped in for a quick wine tasting. Area for tasting was a little small, but staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Amara was delicious, reminded me of the Pizzini Arnesis but at a better price. Tried the Shiraz and enjoyed both offerings. Lighter in tannins and an enjoyable flavour perfect as a Summer Red with a BBQ steak.
While we didn't eat, the food looked and smelt amazing. We will be returning next time we are in the area...hopefully for lunch as well.
