We’re bringing the cellar door to Canberra!  This May, Lerida on the (Dairy) Road lands at Dairy Road in Fyshwick — a four-week pop-up pouring our full range right in the middle of one of the city’s most interesting and growing precincts.  Find us 2 doors down from Capital Brewery. Look for the pizza pop up out front! We’re bringing the cellar door to Canberra! This May, Lerida on the (Dairy) Road lands at Dairy Road in Fyshwick — a four-week pop-up pouring our full range right in the middle of one of the city’s most interesting and growing precincts. From May 7–31, Thursday to Sunday, we’ll be operating as a cellar door, wine bar and bottleshop — no highway required. What’s on offer: 30-minute guided tastings (12pm–7:30pm) A hand-selected journey through Estate, Cullerin and single vineyard wines Wine by the glass for lunch or into the evening Take-home bottles for later (or sooner) Corporate tastings + small events And because wine deserves good company… We’re teaming up with Spitfire Big Slice Pizza, serving up proper New York-style slices just outside the cellar door. EXCLUSIVE STOMP FESTIVAL EVENT  Riesling + German food = A good time.  We’re going full Euro for Stomp Festival this year — and you’re invited. Riesling Vertical & a Plate of GermanySaturday 18 April | 2–5pm | $35pp A vertical tasting through our Rieslings from 2021 to now, plus a little wildcard we’re very excited about: Federweisser. It’s semi-fermented Riesling — slightly fizzy, a little sweet, a bit cloudy, and very easy to drink. Traditionally poured during harvest in Germany… now pouring at Lerida. It’ll be part of the tasting and also available by the glass if you want to keep the good times rolling. To match? A proper German plate: Sausage Sauerkraut Potato salad Pretzel Das ist sehr gut. Then to finish, a butterscotch schnapps from Canberra Distillery — with bottles available if you decide one round isn’t enough. There’ll be polka tunes, plenty of Riesling chat, and that perfect mid-autumn, glass-in-hand kind of energy. As Floriade bursts into colour this year, Lerida Estate Winery is bringing the beauty of spring directly to the table with a specially crafted Floriade inspired menu. Designed to capture the vibrancy, freshness, and creativity of the season, this dining experience is a true celebration of nature’s abundance.  A Feast for the Senses The journey begins with “A First Bloom”, an amuse-bouche of tomato water infused with herb oil and edible flowers, elegantly poured at the table from a miniature watering pot. This playful start sets the tone for an immersive dining experience where food and presentation flourish together. For entrées, guests can choose from three spring-inspired dishes: Salt & Pepper Squid (GF) – Lightly crisped squid paired with mesclun greens, smoky pimento, and roast almond sauce. Crispy Louisiana Chicken (GF) – Bold flavours with Spanish onion, coriander, avocado salsa, and a piquant sauce. Spring Lamb Salad (GF, vegetarian option available) – Smoky lamb fillet balanced with pear, parmesan, and roasted beetroot. Full Bloom Mains The mains showcase seasonal produce and bold flavours, each designed to capture spring’s vitality. Diners can select from: Fresh Northern Territory Barramundi (GF) – Oven-baked with smoked olive and tomato tapenade, served alongside pan-seared greens and kipfler potatoes. A Bed of Blossoms No spring celebration would be complete without a garden in full bloom. The Chocolate Garden Bed (GF) dessert is as beautiful as it is indulgent, mascarpone with chocolate soil, dried flowers, and berries, served in a rustic earthenware bowl.
